In 500 words or less write about how the Gandhian Philosophy of truth, nonviolence and social justice is relevant in today’s times.

– Competition is open to ages 5 through 21.

– One entry per participant.

– Each participant must fill Registration Form.

– Essay needs to be submitted by January 27th by email to gandhiansociety2021@gmail.com.

– Write your Name, email and competition title “

Gandhi and Me! Essay Competition – 2023″ on top of document, use Font: “Arial”, Font Size: ’11’, Color: Black. While sending email put competition title in subject and attach the word document with essay.

– The 1st 40 Essay Entries will each receive a $25 gift card.

– Each Essay Entry also receives a participation certificate

– Every registration receives a free copy of Mahatma Gandhi’s autobiography

– Judges will select top 3 essays and winners will receive cash prizes of $500, $300 and $200 each.

– Judge’s decision will be final and binding.

– All participants are invited to join the online meeting on Jan 29th, 2023, where we will announce the winners. Each participant will be given 2 mins of time to present their essay in the meeting.

– Top 10 participants will be notified on Jan 28th, 2023 and will be able to present their essays at the meeting. Zoom meeting Id and timing will be emailed on Jan 28th, 2023.
